Easter: The Eye-Opener - Audio

Easter is the occasion of Jesus' resurrection, proving that he has power over sin and death. With the empty tomb and in his appearance on the road to Emmaus, Jesus opened his followers eyes to the plan for today--salvation from the penalty of sin. Likewise, in his appearance to the disciples and his commissioning of them opened their eyes to the plan for tomorrow--proclaiming the salvation that he offers freely. We also have salvation available to us and are called to be witnesses of what he has done in our lives.
